Life is like a hurricane when you're a fan of DuckTales.

Disney XD released a first look at the "DuckTales" reboot coming to the small screen this summer.

The reboot was also picked up for a second season ahead of its summer premiere, Deadline notes. The iconic imagery of Scrooge McDuck diving into his pool of coins and the catchy theme song have been embedded in the public consciousness for decades - and for good reason, the show was awesome.

"I'm Scrooge McDuck, I made my name being tougher than the toughies and smarter than the smarties", announces the billionaire, top hat-sporting McDuck, voiced with gusto by David Tennant. "This early season 2 order is a testament to the quality work the creative team, led by Matt and Frank, and the cast are delivering". Aiding Scrooge was dopey pilot Launchpad McQuack, and Donald's nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie.

Scrooge is smoothly voiced by David Tennant (of "Doctor Who" and "Broadchurch", plus numerous other smart offerings), and he's about to take the three ducklings (voiced by Bobby Moynihan, Ben Schwartz and Danny Pudi) on a whirlwind of worldwide adventure.

The first trailer features lots of the usual shenanigans, and also updates the earworm of a theme song.

Disney XD will likely soon come forth with a more specific DuckTales premiere, but stay tuned for the latest details.

Annie Award-nominee Matt Youngberg ("Ben 10: Omniverse") serves as executive producer of "DuckTales", with Francisco Angones (Disney XD's Emmy Award-nominated "Wander Over Yonder") as story editor and co-producer, and Sean Jimenez (Disney XD's Annie Award-winning "Gravity Falls") as art director.
