Inter Milan are willing to pay Antonio Conte £240,000-a-week to quit Chelsea and join them.

The Italian has publicly declared that he will mould this Chelsea squad this summer, having made them champions with an inherited set of players.

Antonio Conte's side host Middlesbrough on Monday night but could eventually win the title on Friday away at West Brom.

Nevertheless, it seems like Conte is keen to beef up his squad significantly, for what will be a fascinating Champions League campaign in 2017/2018.

Nainggolan has been linked with a summer exit due to Roma's Financial Fair Play restrictions, and has been linked with Chelsea in recent windows.

The Mirror also recently reported that Chelsea are preparing to loan out Zouma so that he can gain experience playing regular football following his knee injury which ruled him out for most of the season.

Nainggolan has always been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and Conte is desperate for the midfielder to finally join the Blues and add some serious class to his side.

Chelsea believe a £70 million bid for both players would be enough to convince Roma to part ways with two of their most influential players.

Rudiger has made 23 appearances for Roma this season and looks likely to be a centre back target this summer. The twelve-cap German worldwide is highly-rated but hasn't always shown his true abilities and Chelsea already have a wealth of options at centre-half, even if John Terry does leave the club this summer - David Luiz, Kurt Zouma, Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta, Nathan Ake and the expected-to-return-from-loan Andreas Christensen.
