What Normani does with your choreography is insane, it's effortless, yet I feel your power.

Co-host Erin Andrews ushered Simone and Sasha over for the farewell interview and said, "I'm in absolute shock".

Last week, Simone showed a little sass after a comment she didn't appreciate from Carrie Ann Inaba.

When Gia asked about her night on the dance floor, Simone responded, "I did have a lot of fun tonight".

Biles showed she was a true class act, however, thanking her partner for everything and tweeting "this journey has truly been life changing".

"I want her to find the other side of Simone that's not so flawless", the DWTS judge explained in the package, saying that's why she chose a fast-paced, energetic number for their first performance.

David Ross, who somehow managed to score a spot in the semifinals despite sitting squarely in leaderboard's bottom spot, showed vast improvement in both of his dances. Biles said, "Well, I'm gonna figure out how I'm supposed to put myself together for 'Good Morning America'".

For the next set, the pairs will be dancing to a style they have yet to attempt in ABC's dance competition series.

Simone wasn't the only one surprised by the elimination.

ET Online caught up with her and Sasha after the show to gauge their frustrations after Simone snapped back at the judges during Monday's show saying, "Smiling doesn't win you gold medals".

Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy kicked off the first round, which was the Judges Challenge Dances. He got 38 points. Normani Kordei: 1st dance: 36 out of 40; 2nd dance: 40 out of 40. This week the contestants performed two dances. For their second routine, they will be dancing a Jazz routine to Ray Charles' "What a Wonderful World". The couple earned 34 points for their foxtrot and then followed that up with a 36-point worthy tango inspired by David's roller-coaster journey in Major League Baseball.

I have a flair for the dramatic this morning; you'll have to forgive me.

National Football League free agent Rashad Jennings and partner Emma Slater claimed second place on the leaderboard with 77 total points. The others - more specifically Sasha and Simone and Emma and Rashad - aren't to be counted out though. While David Ross & Lindsay Arnold scored a low total of 34/40.
