Israeli designer confirms wedding gown sketches for Markle

Prince Harry brought someone special with him to Wednesday's pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace with the royal family: his fiancee, Meghan Markle.

The first sketch reveals a sleek gown with puffed shoulders.

Dror also released a different design sketch that was more reminiscent of Markle's future sister-in-law Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

It's believed Meghan was given special permission to attend the festivities this year because her family are based in the USA and would otherwise be alone for the day.

The Queen's invitation to the US-born actress is further evidence of the royal family's warm welcome for her ahead of the couple's May wedding at Windsor Castle. In the second sketch, the back of the same dress can be seen with an elegant lace train. It's fun to see Markle break with tradition and, instead, solicit designs from someone that would better cater to her own personal aesthetic and vision.

Beyonce wears a dress by Inbal Dror as she presents the award for Record of the Year onstage during The 58th GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on February 15, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.

Dror's style seems to be in step with what Markle likes, especially considering her past collections.

Meghan, who will take British citizenship and get baptised by the Church of England before the wedding, will also attend the Christmas Day service at St Mary Magdalene Church, Sandringham.

Here are three more things to know about the Israeli designer. "Unfortunately it's a secret and I can't give more details about the sketch". She utilizes sheer paneling and silk, creating dresses that show off a woman's figure, and proves that she isn't afraid to be sexy.
