Looking chic in a blue polo neck and camel coat with jeans and brown boots, Cheryl beamed with pride as she unveiled the new state-of-the-art centre.
"I've waited for seven years to finally be here, and none of that matters. That's what's important to me".
However, the one major downside to his success is that he doesn't have much time to spend with his almost 1-year-old son, Bear Payne, or Bear's mother, baby mama Cheryl... which has led to many breakup rumors in recent weeks.

He attempted to cut down his time away from Cheryl by hiring a private jet rather than using commercial flights, however the pair have not been seen together in public since October. It's tough growing up in the North East, especially now the unemployment rate is ridiculous.
Over the a year ago, Liam has been travelling to promote his debut solo album, and has more recently been spending time in the United States promoting his single which features in the new Fifty Shades movie.
He added: "I've actually spent a ton of time in NY - I've recently really grown to love the place, I think it's fantastic".
"It doesn't help that Liam will be on stage singing a pretty sexual song with Rita that will get everyone talking".
Cheryl added: "This is the biggest achievement. of my entire career because it means so much".
