Police said about a dozen people may have been on the property for the non-denominational church service.

The suspect, 28-year-old Marco Antonio Moreno, surrendered to congregants, authorities said.

Lucio was booked into the Nueces County Jail on December 27, 2017 on charges of sexual assault of a child and aggravated sexual assault.

Moreno has an "alcohol- and drug-related history" with police, authorities said.

Jail records don't indicate whether he has an attorney.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported that the incident occurred about 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The Corpus Christi police are investigating a four-person stabbing which left two critically injured Wednesday night at the 1200 block of Cambridge Drive near Ray High School. Both were to the hospital with life threatening injuries, according to police. He and a band member are in critical condition. He later died of his injuries.

"Everything was fine it was nice and quiet as soon as they got done singing the offender just jumped up and attacked him", said Lt. Jay Clement.

Clement said two more people received punctures - one to the hand and another in the arm.

Moreno was still inside the home when police arrived and was taken into custody.
