Hence, Ant-Man and the Wasp will simply be a standalone movie that tidies up a few questions left unanswered after the shrinking thief-turned-superhero chose to side with Captain America against the band of Iron Man. Using his Pym Particles, Hank just shrinks an entire building and then just rolls it away as if it were a suitcase.
This Reddit thread breaks down the footage of the odd vessel that will apparently carry Team Ant-Man into the Quantum Realm, with one important caveat: we can not yet confirm that there will be a Quantum Realm sequence, because this footage is not actually of a sub-atomic world. Peyton Reed is returning to direct the sequel. I have a feeling that he's a sort of partner of Hank Pym who helps him develop the size-changing formulas.
