If you caught Wednesday's episode of "Jeopardy!" and thought one of the contestants looked vaguely familiar, you weren't wrong: None other than Mike Teavee - a.k.a. actor Paris Themmen - from the classic flick "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" appeared on the program.

Themmen appeared on the Tuesday episode of Jeopardy! without giving the audience a hint that he is that Willy Wonka child star.

Themmen was only 11 when he was in "Wonka", but he has made cameos on food TV shows since then.

Twitter Goes Nuts When 'Jeopardy!' Contestant Revealed To Be 'Willy Wonka' Child Actor

Though he hasn't acted since a minor role in 2000's Star Trek: Voyager, Themmen has seemingly remained in the film industry.

Alex Trebek hates all things "Willy Wonka" - that's our takeaway anyway, after hearing from the 'Jeopardy' contestant who was also in the movie. which Alex completely ignored. He instead introduced himself as an "entrepreneur" and "avid backpacker" who has visited 61 countries. But that did not stop social media users from recognizing him.

"I was making dinner in the kitchen, listening to 'Jeopardy!' when Alex Trebek started introducing the contestants at the break". He said @ParisThemmen and I ran out saying MIKE TEEVEE! "Great job Paris!" another fan with Twitter handle Wildbill said. She ended up winning twice, and it was only on her third appearance on the program that Trebek was forced to talk about Themmen and "Willy Wonka", since it was her last remaining fact.
