William: Are you OK with him?

Despite the baby being born on St George's Day in the the United Kingdom, the odds are very much against the bub being named Prince George, given his older brother already has the name.

Royal watchers were quick to point out that the late Diana wore a similar dress almost 34 years ago, when she presented Prince Harry to the public after giving birth to her second child.

As with their older two children's names, William and Kate will reveal their chosen name to the Queen before announcing it publically.

As the pair spoke, it seems like Mr Downer may have suggested his name for the little Prince, with Wills laughing and saying: "It's amusing you should say that". He came into the world at exactly 11:01 a.m. and weighed eight pounds and seven ounces. Not only is she a royal who gives birth to possible future monarchs, but she also seems to make extremely rapid exits from the hospital after giving birth.

He then suggested the new baby could be named after rapper Kanye West.

People magazine notes that Packham, a British fashion house, designed all three of Middleton's post-birth outfits, including a blue-and-white polka dot dress that also paid tribute to her late mother-in-law.

The press had gathered outside the St. Mary's Hospital in London, where Kate Middleton had given birth to her third royal baby on Monday morning, where they watched Princess Charlotte walk towards the hospital entrance with her father and brother, Pop Sugar reported.

"We also offer a range of optional extras, including our popular afternoon tea service, which is a welcome treat to celebrate your new arrival", the brochure adds.

The rule was changed after all 16 countries in the Commonwealth headed by Queen Elizabeth II agreed that birth order, not gender, would determine succession. Kate's younger sister, who is pregnant with her first child, swung by Kensington Palace to greet her nephew for the first time, according to the BBC.

Now that Kate, 36, has given birth to her third child, a boy, she will take some time off from official royal engagements, as she did after the births of George and Charlotte. But prior to the old-school announcement, the baby's arrival was announced by Kensington Palace via Twitter and Instagram.
