This will keep the chance for showers and storms in the forecast through then. Partly cloudy, with a low around 64. A cold front will be south of the region on Sunday, so an afternoon shower or storm is not out of the question. There will be some spotty light rain showers.

Rain chances of 20 to 40 percent are in the forecast for the Tulsa area through most of the week, forecasters said. Northeast wind 8 to 13 miles per hour.

Unsettled weather pattern comes next week. A chance for thunderstorms will increase this evening. Areas of dense fog are expected to collect in the foothills and along Interstate 25 on the ridges near Cheyenne and Monument through mid-morning. Temperatures will be a little warmer, in the middle 60s to lower 70s. Northeast wind 6 to 8 miles per hour. Now, we have mostly sunny skies with temperatures above average in the low to mid 70's for daytime highs.

Today: Isolated showers and storms this morning, otherwise mostly cloudy. A juicy trough of low pressure will foster higher rain and storm chances for next week.

It should be a decent Mother's Day! Highs in the mid 70s in north central Kansas to the mid 80s to near 90 elsewhere. There will also be the chance for more scattered thunderstorms during the afternoon. Because unfortunately there's a chance of rain all day Saturday and Sunday in Northeast Ohio.

We will see a mostly clear sky, with the exception of a few high clouds.
