Paul Pogba holds secret talks with Barcelona chief

Don Balon, known for their bold and outlandish transfer claims, report Pogba has told Barcelona he wants a move and will do anything to help it materialise.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Raiola has opted to be in England for talks with United with the transfer window for the Premier League closing on Thursday, August 9.

Barca are facing a mass exodus of players leaving. The Catalan club are working on deals to sell Aleix Vidal, Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes and Paco Alcacer to raise the funds to bring in the World Cup victor.

A 1-0 friendly defeat to Bayern Munich on Sunday capped off a miserable pre-season for the Reds with the squad decimated due to so many stars involvement at the World Cup in Russian Federation. They have signed Arthur, Clement Lenglet and Malcom and have agreed a fee with German giants Bayern Munich player Arturo Vidal.

Pogba would be the final piece of the jigsaw as Barcelona are unrelenting in his pursuit, but it's on the player's part whether to agree to a pay cut or stay put with a higher wage bill. "I will not enter to evaluate in lucubrations".

As you can see, the manager is hardly moving a move for the former Juventus player out.

Despite his alleged differences with Jose Mourinho, it remains extremely unlikely that Pogba will be allowed to leave.
